Prices in euros, all taxes included. Noody reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: cash, bank card and meal vouchers (titres-restaurant), at the restaurant (when dining in or collecting your order).
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: takeaway: order online, collect at the restaurant; no delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
